Once upon a time - our hearts had seen 'Ridgeland Farm Estate' as an Enterprising Community, with room to breed chickens, build an organic garden or dabble in a small flock.  We purchased the farm in four titles believing that seven other housholds could be established here.  Our vision was for others to come and build homes and enterprises, to sustain themselves and find a quality of life, seldom possible. 
Perhaps we failed to convey that vision, perhaps it is for a time yet to come, perhaps the concept was too large for today's society to grasp. 
Now we open up the vision.  We are placing the blocks on the market... so do come and enjoy.
